How do I buy a Perth Bears membership?
Perth Bears Foundation Memberships launch this week. Make sure you’ve created your account ahead of time so you’re ready to secure your Foundation Membership when they go on sale.
When do the Perth Bears join the NRL?

The Perth Bears will play home games at HBF Park in Perth.
How do I place an order for Perth Bears merchandise?
Merchandise is available to purchase from the Perth Bears Shop.
Simply browse the range, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout prompts. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my Merchandise order?
Unfortunately, no. Once you place your order, it is automatically inputted into our system, so updates are not possible. Please take as much care as possible when entering your address.
When will my Merchandise be shipped?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT) and are typically shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent, allowing customers to track their parcel from the warehouse to their door.
Where do you ship?
Orders are shipped Australia-wide, with international shipping available (details at checkout).
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Expected postage costs in Australia: $15 – $20. NZ Shipping: from $25. International shipping: from $40.
Do you offer free shipping?
Not at this stage, but we may look into this in the future.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically, all orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order, with delivery times depending on your location.
The below guide outlines typical delivery timeframes via Australia Post once your order has been shipped. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by circumstances affecting postal services.
Domestic (Australia Post):
NSW/ACT: 2–4 business days
QLD/VIC/SA: 3–6 business days
WA/TAS/NT: 4–10 business days
Orders to New Zealand generally take 6–12 business days. For all other international deliveries, timeframes vary depending on the destination, but generally take 20–25 business days from dispatch.
Will I get tracking details?
Yes – once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for Australia Post to update their website with your parcel’s journey so don’t stress if you can’t see any movement straight away.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes – if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return your item within 30 days, provided it is unworn and in original condition.

Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If something’s not right, get in touch with the VBM Global Merchandise Team to organise a replacement or refund.

How do I choose the right size?
A size guide is available on each product page. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Will Merchandise items be restocked?
Some items will be restocked, others are limited releases. If you’ve got your eye on something, don’t wait.
How can I tell if it’s official Perth Bears merchandise?
All products sold through the Perth Bears Shop are genuine, official Perth Bears merchandise.
To ensure authenticity, only purchase from our official store and authorised retail partners.
What payment methods are accepted and are they secure?
Major credit/debit cards are accepted at checkout.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.
Do you offer discount codes?
From time to time, we run promotions or offer codes. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up to our emails below.
NOTE: When released, only one code can be used per order.
Where can I get Perth Bears tickets?
Tickets to games for the 2027 season will go live in late-2026 as part of our membership offerings.

Who is the Head Coach of the Perth Bears?
NRL Immortal Mal Meninga is the Head Coach of the Perth Bears with Ben Gardiner his Assistant Coach and David Sharpe the General Manager of Football.
Are the Perth Bears the same as the North Sydney Bears?
The Perth Bears are a brand-new club. Despite being new, Perth Bears is not without history and will move forward on the foundation of the history of both the North Sydney Bears and rugby league in Western Australia. The Perth Bears will respect, reflect and celebrate those histories as they create their own culture, values and opportunities for the future.

Did Perth have an NRL team before the Perth Bears?
Before Perth Bears, Western Australia was the only state without a team playing in the NRL competition.
However, there is a history of elite-level rugby league with the Western Reds playing in the then-top-flight rugby league competitions the Australian Rugby League in 1995 and the Super League in 1997.
